Hi, I’m Jaco Foure.
My work sits at the confluence of leadership, culture and human development.
For more than a decade, I have worked alongside leaders, teams and organisations navigating change, growth and complexity.
Through this work, I became increasingly interested in a particular question:
How do leaders shape healthy, high-performing cultures while carrying the weight of leadership themselves?
This questions eventually led me to supervision.
My Practice
Over the years I have worked alongside corporate leaders, higher education professionals, coaches, founders and change-makers.
While these contexts may appear different, they share a common challenge: helping people navigate uncertainty, shape culture and create conditions in which others can thrive.
It is through these conversations that much of my thinking has been formed.
Beyond Supervsion
Alongside this supervision practice, I contribute to leadership and coaching development through Curiosity Campus. This work includes coaching capability, leadership development and systemic approaches to culture and change.
While Curiosity Campus focuses on developing leaders and coaches, This is Leadership is dedicated to supervision for culture-shaping leaders.

This is Leadership is a supervision practice for culture-shaping leaders. It exists to help leaders reflect more deeply on themselves, their leadership and the cultures they create.
Through supervision, writing and ongoing inquiry, it explores how leaders can shape healthy, high-performing cultures while remaining connected to what matters most.
